Terri Kelley
Hello, my name is Terri Kelley. I am one of the top sellers in the tri-state areas (Alabama, Georgia, and Florida), and have a southern hospitable charm that has been effective in my transactions. Much of my success is attributed to my family-oriented character and calm nature.
I understand the essence of change and embracing new cultures as I have spent much of my earlier years overseas. I classify myself as a “Military Brat” and have much respect for those serving our country.
I work closely with individuals, investors and developers interested in Alabama, Georgia, and Florida. As a well-rounded, knowledgeable individual, I recognize much of my success is built on positive client referrals which have formed into long-lasting relationships. I am highly valued for my dedication, commitment, and integrity as I work tirelessly on behalf of all my clients. For 10 years, I have managed a Pawn Shop until I decided to transition my career to work in investments at Edward Jones Investments. Years later, I worked for a 3rd party collection agency and was acknowledged as a top collector. When my career changed, I began working for Chase Mortgage which ultimately influenced my desire to pursue Real Estate. In 2013, I obtained my Real Estate License.
As a Real Estate Agent during the recession period, I worked as a loss Mitigation Specialist helping families avoid foreclosure and withstand the troubled market. My goal is to use my previous expertise and apply them to Real Estate. I have been successful in addressing my clients’ credit concerns and investments interests. I enjoy nothing more than fulfilling my clients’ dreams and have been fortunate enough to help over 150 families sell and or find a new home.
